One Maridien - LOCATION

The best part of living in One Maridien is that you are in the middle of one of the most exciting places in Metro Manila and quite possibly in the whole country. Bonifacio Global City was once part of Fort Bonifacio, the national headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. The area experienced surprisingly rapid growth in 1995 when a huge chunk of the base were sold off to private investors following the implementation of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). From then on, the Bonifacio Global City started growing fast. Now, it is one of the wealthiest Central Business Districts in the country.

One Maridien is actually located in the middle of BGC. In fact, you will only be a walking distance away from all the modern facilities that you can ever want or need. Are you fond of shopping? If so then you will feel as if you are in heaven when you live at One Maridien because you literally just need to cross the street to reach the Bonifacio High Street, one of the premier shopping destinations in the Metro.

Here, you will find mall buildings that are chock-full of high-end boutiques and if you take a stroll along the central parkway, you will find numerous bars and restaurants. There is literally no way that you will get bored in this place. Now, in case you do need more shopping options, you just need to walk the entire length of Bonifacio High Street so you can find the Market! Market! Shopping Center, a shopping mall where you can find hundreds of great deals on anything that you might need. Across the street from Market! Market! is the SM Aura Premier, one of the most opulent shopping malls from the SM Group of Companies.

If you are looking for other forms of entertainment then you just need to walk a couple of blocks (it is actually enjoyable to walk around BGC). Doing this will let you find the Mind Museum. This place is an educational institution that teaches kids of all ages about science. If you like to discover and learn about new things then you might want to give this place a visit every now and then. There is also the Philippine Army Museum, which you can find in the army base just on the outskirts of BGC.

Although BGC is more known for having dozens upon dozens of high-rise office buildings, there are actually quite a few schools and universities in the area. The nearest one from One Maridien is the STI Computer College BGC Campus. You just need to walk maybe ten or fifteen minutes from the main entrance of the condominium to reach the STI Campus. Other learning institutions in the area include Enderun College, Ateneo Business Graduate School, University of the Philippines BGC, and the Asian Institute of Management, among others. You will not have any problem looking for nearby schools that your children can attend because there are plenty of them nearby.
