One Maridien - AMENITIES

Although the best part of living in One Maridien is the fact that you are living in the middle of BGC, the amenities provided by the condominium itself are not too shabby themselves. First of all, you do not have to worry about safety and security because One Maridien got you covered on that part. There is always at least two security personnel at the lobby entrance of the condominium who will screen everyone who enters the building. They make sure that there are no unwelcome guests that can gain entry. The security guards also conduct routine patrols, roving around the public common areas and corridors to make sure that the residents are safe.

There are also dozens of security cameras installed in the public spaces and along each and every one of the corridors in the condominium, and their feeds are constantly being monitored by the security personnel. In addition, there are smoke detectors and a modern sprinkler systems installed in each unit and along the corridors, so even if a small flame were to start, it will be extinguished immediately before it can spread. The smoke detectors are all connected to the central security office and will also notify the nearby fire stations in case of emergencies.

Aside from the basic features and amenities, One Maridien also provides recreational facilities for the residents. Of course, there is a pool area in the One Maridien. Actually, it is at the adjoining Two Maridien, but residents of both towers actually share amenities between them. The swimming pool is actually quite stunning. It is an infinity pool that provides a great view of the Metro. There is also a small and shallow kiddie pool at the One Maridien’s side, which is perfect for teaching your young kids to swim. Aside from the swimming pools, there are also other recreational facilities, like the viewing deck on the bridge that connects the two towers. There are already quite a number of shops open that sell everything from clothes and various knick-knacks. You can also find several convenience stores where you can buy household basics.

The One Maridien also has its own complete fitness center. The gym has all of the equipment and machines that you will ever need for a full body workout. There is also a studio that conducts regular dance and yoga classes. You no longer need to spend a lot on expensive gym memberships as there is already one in your new home.
